For sales there are a lot of systems. Lots of continuing change.

Citation genuinely cares about the well-being of their employees. Lots of additional events and activity days to improve employee engagement.

Perhaps not many opportunities for career advancement.

Good HR team with great ideas and making the workplace fun. Nice office. Profitable company and growing businesses.

Certain managers do not follow the same values as HR and quite obviously dismissed ideas from the team, very much micro managed in certain departments. The same managers would play up, sit there on phone, talk about football etc but then expect others not too. Also lots of mixed messages and managers saying one thing then pretending they didn't when higher management disagree with what has been said. Certain managers sit slating employees from other departments in front of colleagues.

Pay more. Give clearer messages. Expect less and set a realistic workload. Don't always assume that your managers are doing the right thing.
