What is paid time off like at Citi?

Pros

Benefits. Paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 100% paid maternity leave.

Cons

Low wages. Constant push to cut costs with one size fits all policies that make little to no sense for driving business. A lot is subjective to your manager. HR is worthless.

Advice to Management

Waste of time, they are the all mighty Citi

Good Benefits including health care, pension, working from home, good numbers of holidays a year

Very political environment. Many decisions by senior management seem to be driven purely by personal agendas rather than what is best for the company or clients.

Does Citi offer family leave?

Pros

16 weeks paid maternity leave at either 60% pay or 100% pay dependant on if you have worked there a year or not

Cons

not alot of overtime opportunities and pay isnt toooo great in comparison to other companies. and its also not easy to move up but you can move laterally but its usually not a pay raise.
