The only pro is being paid.

The company is woefully understaffed. So expect to be asked to work extra hours for low pay. There is little support for staff which works with clients.

Pay people fairly, and there may be less attrition.

Clients are put first at this agency. Great care given the field.

Too often workers are put second at this agency. Take off days when you want.

Apply technology to workflow. It wasn't there 10 years ago, but it is now.

It's rewarding helping individuals with disabilities.

The Vancouver office is not managed properly, is understaffed, overwelmed and disorganized.

Hire people to manage with a college education, maybe an RN/LPN. This was the most disorganized, unprofessional company I have ever worked for. It was like children were running the place!
