How is management perceived at ClearEdge IT Solutions?

Pros

ClearEdge has some great benefits and the management team hires very good employees and program managers.

Cons

The owner doesn't show trust in the people she hires so she micromanages them and doesn't respect work/life balance. She also doesn't show appreciation to anyone but software engineers. There is a huge issue with nepotism at ClearEdge as well since the owner has numerous members of her family working for her and she regularly shows clear favoritism towards them. If the nepotism and micromanagement from the owner would stop then that would improve ClearEdge immensely. The owner would really do well to follow this model when it comes to her management style because her micromanagement has driven away so many phenomenal employees and managers over the years. Advice to Management

Appreciate and recognize all employees (not just SWEs). Stop Micromanaging and trust the phenomenal people that you hire to do their jobs so that they stop leaving.

ClearEdge has some great benefits and the management team hires very good employees and program managers.
