Does Colorescience have any sort of mentoring program?

Middle management has little to no experience Training is nonexistent ; if you ask management a question they tell you to refer to their online training tool HR uses bullying tactics to try to scare employees. HR will cost the company thousands in legal fees unless they replace certain employees in the department Bonus structure is difficult to achieve and not lucrative To much work for the compensation offered

Advice to Management

Stick to total eye and sunforgettable - the partners don’t want anything but that Minimize your field team - partners rarely want to see anyone from a line that they consider a small player in their practice Get rid of middle management and HR employees that are ruining your company

How do employees feel about their professional development opportunities at Colorescience?

Pros

Can’t think of anything positive

Cons

Leadership is sub par. Micromanage. Consistently shop out expired/defective product to accounts making rapport difficult. Innovation is lacking. Training is nonexistent. HR is a nightmare. Commission payouts are never correct so if you do accept comb through your paystubs frequently. Toxic work environment and culture.

Advice to Management

No advice will turn this sinking ship around

What is the feeling of job security at Colorescience?

Pros

Good position to start to get your foot in the industry.

Cons

Weak and hard to sell portfolio of products, given unrealistic sales goals. No job security.
