There are rare pros in CT (Comtrade), as a manager u have FULL responsibility over project, but in reality u are just mail writing machine for C level management and client. Only for young people with no experience so they can learn how not to do business

- You work with state (ministry's, departments, sectors etc), so ,,client'' rearly know what it whant with it's projects or software. - U never have dedicated person on a project, and priorities of projects constantly shifts so u never know who is on your project and if they work at all, - To many managers to little programmers, coders, QA, testers etc - You never have enought people working on projects, so your projects ar constantly late, software is barely working...

Advice to Management

Pay people what they deserve. To many people (expecialy in C level management) working for to long in certain positions, so any change is IMPOSIBBLE

Big company where you can change teams and learn new technologies, they have from time to time interesting projects.
