Pros

CBR is filled with sharp, dedicated editors and pop culture nerds. Culturally progressive, I trust my fellow editors to listen to my opinions. They're fun people, and in the face of controversy, I feel like the team has always done the right thing. The experience I've gotten in this position is invaluable.

Cons

The salary would be hard to live on by itself. I understand there are full-time positions for folks in Vancouver, but my part-time income needs supplementing.

Advice to Management

Pay your best people what they're worth so they can stick around.
