Does Commercial Metals offer family leave?

Pros

good benefits, good pay, intelligent co workers, willing to help, high standards

Cons

cmc is disconnected from current times. there is no diversity, room for creative intervention, or formal training process. corporate is very much divided between the levels and promotes an atmosphere of title classism. c-level executives like to brag about income or purchases of other c-level execs, ask inappropriate personal questions, and backbiting of team members is not frowned upon

Advice to Management

while this is a good company to learn from and an industry leader, its behind on times in terms of company culture, values, and etiquette. this may not be something that's important to everyone, but for me it was very important.
