What are perks and other benefits like at Comscore?
Pros
The people are intelligent, outgoing, and willing to help. Leadership has a clear focus and managers truly do care about how their employees are progressing. There is constant change and innovation, and great perks.
Cons
There's a large learning curve when learning about all the kinds of data comScore deals with and the types of products it promotes
Advice to Management
The new CEO and leadership team are swiftly steering the ship in the right direction, and comScore is only looking up. Keep it going@

What is the retirement plan like at Comscore?
Pros
Company offices are usually in good locations. If you absolutely can't find another job, this could be good experience for you.
Cons
Everything else - multiple layoffs/reorgs/downsizing every year, pay has always been substandard, 401k matching was pitiful, few chances to receive a bonus and they were mostly "paid" in stock you had to wait forever to sell. The executives that understood what the company actually does are all gone and the new execs are too busy playing Who Has The Better Office to learn it. There's been too little investment in making things work, just Golden Parachutes for the C's and trying to cut their way back to profitability for everyone else. In my opinion they've passed the tipping point. Infrastructure and product offerings are so neglected they can't be caught back up.
Advice to Management
At least try to make things better. Figure out where you want to take the company and actually try and get there, reduce the number of products to a manageable number that take you to that goal and stick with a strategy (other than Do More with Less) for more than a few months. I don't think you all will be able to do it, but good luck.

How are career development opportunities at Comscore?
Pros
Great working atmosphere. Good work life balance.
Cons
No real possibilities to grow within the company. You'll probably get stucked in your current possition with little salary increases.
Advice to Management
It should be great to promote excelence building a talent programm or alowing uthe staff to explore new professional fields by enabling them to new chalenges in form of internal allocation to other roles or job positions.
