Constantly making big changes and not seeing the whole project through Don't speak to the employees it will affect at the end and those who could highlight important issues They've merged so many departments you never feel job secure

Advice to Management

Listen to people. Stop making big and rash decisions. Pay people what they're worth instead of burying heads and leaving people unhappy

Does Coty offer a wellness program?

Pros

Sue Nabi is going to transform this company into a true beauty leader. Great brands and amazing benefits. Hopefully, her influence and energy will make to the NA team. The company does offer some amazing benefits and a very generous 401k match. PTO is generous with offices closed the last week of December.

Cons

Mid to Senior management is very arrogant, out of touch with reality and stuck in old ways of doing business. Questions and feedback are not welcomed and looked at as negativity. There is a "mean girl" culture and toxic positivity exists in just about every corner of the business. The companys' WorkPlace site is used to intimidate. Employees are encouraged to post weekly and compete for the attention of SVP and VP. If a SVP likes your post, you are congratulated regardless of the falsified content. The platform creates animosity and creates a false sense of comradery. Management constantly fawns over each other. It is embarrassing to listen to leaders constantly tell each other "I love you" and "you are amazing". Mid to Senior managers take every opportunity to remind the team of their illustrious career history. There are no priorities for the employee, their manager and their manager. Be prepared for impossible turnaround times.

Advice to Management

I was told a long time ago; you are only as good as your sale. For many of the senior leaders, their last good sale was years ago. Be open to feedback and new ways of doing business. There are so many years of valuable experience on the team. Stop trying to mold Coty into EL. There should be a reverse mentorship program for Senior leaders.
