Unhealthy Culture No Personal Life Very difficult to take vacation time Managers Steal Your Ideas and take credit for them Adult Bullying by managers then overlooked by HR and leadership HR very disorganized and disengaged Marketing department very elementary making it very difficult to execute or compete in the field.

Advice to Management

Give more of a voice to the field staff Take them seriously Time to pull some managers if truly serious about creating a healthier work culture.

Does Coty have a pension plan?

Free breakfast every day Private health insurance and pension Located in Wimbledon Good work life balance

Cons

No staff shop No development training No clear strategy/ vision from leadership team No company culture Bullying behaviour is not picked up Company performance is so poor that even though you work very hard, you will not seen any bonus! Marketing strategy is not great and fast enough, coming from global team highly disconnected from local market and timing always later than retailer deadlines leading to stress and bag customer relationship High turnover so managers are leaving and you get a new manager that don't know you. Starting all over again.

Advice to Management

Invest in people... trainings, get together, act on bullying behaviours, value all type of personalities, promote internally instead of recruiting externally, clear roles and responsibilities and create a vision, strategy and KPI.
