Pros

Good benefits (tuition reimbursement, 24 days PTO, 7 paid holidays, health, vision, dental insurance), good manager-employee relationships with regular meetings

Cons

Does not provide relocation assistance for “entry level” positions (CRAssist, CRA 1), no cost of living adjustment if you move, does not negotiate with salary offers

Pros

PTO is abundant and we work from home.

Cons

It is a call center and phones are busy, although it is not a typical call center as we are not just sitting there waiting for work.

Cons

No investment in retaining quality employees, low pay with heavy workload

Advice to Management

Better pay = lower turnover = less strain on everyone that has to pick up the slack of understaffed department
