I love working for CoverMyMeds. They truly care about their employees and offer so many benefits that your head will spin. The flexible work hours works very well for my family and allow me to be home with kids if they’re sick or something. I love that I have a boss who cares and have truly made friends here. They are making a serious effort to get women into their management positions and I feel they are more than fair.

Honestly the only thing I have noticed is that the people who have a very clear professional direction get the promotions. If you don’t work toward and badger your supervisor you will get passed over.

This is a young company, most of the employees are just out of college. A lot of them don’t know what or don’t know how to ask who or what they want. Doing a better job of steering would go a long way in employee engagement.
