How are senior leaders perceived at CoverMyMeds?

Pros

CMM is a special place with an incredible culture and community. Some of the pros of working for CMM are free daily lunches (when in office) snacks, beverages, and beer and wine on tap, flexible PTO, supportive and friendly work environment, transparent leadership, opportunities to gain experience in multiple business functions and areas, and a brand new campus coming soon!

Cons

Pay could be a little better especially with the amount of money invested into the new building and other employee perks.

Advice to Management

Keep doing great things! We have an incredible culture and community that I am very thankful for! Let's take some time to look at the pay grades, however, especially of Account Coordinators and Specialists and develop a more competitive structure here.

What are some insights into the strategy or vision at CoverMyMeds?

Pros

I have been at CoverMyMeds for 8 months now, and I have yet to have a day where I do not learn something. There is so many thoughtful, intelligent, and creative people that create a wonderful culture for acceptance and growth. Everybody that works here is always willing to go out of their way to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Leadership does a great job of making sure you are comfortable with whatever responsibilities you have, and will always be willing to give you more responsibility when you're ready.

Cons

They give you a lot of individual responsibility and autonomy. So you need to be disciplined and ambitious in achieving goals. Could be a pro or a con, depending on the person.

Advice to Management

Keep driving growth and creative innovation! This is what fuels us to work so hard and create a difference in the company and the community. Keep being very transparent with your employees about future goals, development, and feedback.
