As CrossnoKaye seeks amazing employees, the interview process can be fairly rigorous -- and as a startup, the demands of the job can vary a great deal from day to day (one day you might be programming control systems, and the next you'll be on-site in a heavy industrial facility). Since the product is in huge demand it seems like there's never enough time to get everything done!

CrossnoKaye has a great uplifting work culture and positive energetic environment with supportive management and colleagues. Everyone respects each other's work-life balance. It feels like a family with plenty of opportunities to get to know your colleagues outside of work too. Even though it's a fairly new startup, feels run like a well-oiled machine as if the processes were established over decades. A collection of very talented A+ people. Good attention to detail even during the interview process which can be thorough. That's how the company ensures everyone can be successful if hired. Solid benefits and compensation. Bonus: free snacks in office based on your personal preferences. Also it's Santa Barbara! Amazing location right in the middle of State Street.

Cons

Startup environment so you should be able to think fast on your feet and adapt to changing work priorities on the technical side.
