Does Crowe offer relocation assistance?
Pros
Work from home flexibility and benefits package
Cons
Insecure leadership on Sr. Management level that fosters a culture of micromanagement and corporate nepotism. Largely compromised of former inters who have been conditioned in the political climate and culture of blame-shifting and scapegoating. As one recruiter told me "If it wasn't for their flexibility, they would have to put a revolving door on that place"
Advice to Management
Stop handing the keys to former interns whose only experience consists of what they have read in the latest blog

Does Crowe offer family leave?
Pros
Great for growing leadership skills and getting exposure to consulting norms. Excellent for learning the business behind the tech. Great time off, parental leave, and flexible schedules.
Cons
Tech employees are treated as 2nd (or 3rd) class citizens. Solution Arhcitects or Senior Architects have nowhere near as much say in development direction as any member from the business side. Developers are looked at as a cost-center, and since there is no bill-back on development effort, poor business decisions end with developers losing their jobs for being too costly but the consultants driving those decisions keeping their jobs or even getting promoted for making the hard decisions necessary to maintain margin.
Advice to Management
Value tech
Great time off, parental leave, and flexible schedules.
