Advice to Management
My feedback to management would be to make sure their employees are taking seriously their own emotional and physical health as the job is very emotionally involved.

Does Cru have any sort of mentoring program?

One-on-one mentorship and coaching with people who understand you and have been through similar situations Getting paid to meet and talk to and get to know people in a setting that naturally resonates with your soul and core beliefs
Cons
Can feel like you're being thrown off the deep-end after you finish if you don't want to join full-time staff after STINTing/interning Hard to separate work and personal life if you're not careful and deliberate
