My feedback to management would be to make sure their employees are taking seriously their own emotional and physical health as the job is very emotionally involved.

overworked employees, strict top-down structure with little room for employee feedback, racist/sexist structures, employer cares way too much about your personal life, little opportunities for advancement, little work/life balance, low pay

One-on-one mentorship and coaching with people who understand you and have been through similar situations Getting paid to meet and talk to and get to know people in a setting that naturally resonates with your soul and core beliefs

Can feel like you're being thrown off the deep-end after you finish if you don't want to join full-time staff after STINTing/interning Hard to separate work and personal life if you're not careful and deliberate
