Good in the beginning if you are new. Get free meals as you will be asked for lunch meetings.

Cons

Warning: Do not wear sleeveless or short skirt to work. The old existing staff will know what I mean. Stay safe, stay sane & protect yourself.

Does Cryoviva Singapore have any sort of mentoring program?

Pros

Flexibility, some of the older coworkers have the good work ethics.

Cons

Poor leadership is the largest reason for turnover. There are favorites there with their own little cliques. Lack of tools and training for the job is an ongoing issue. If you want to be successful at Cryoviva, be prepared to follow direction without question.

If you work hard and be positive able to learn as well as make good money. Have a good chance of promotion.

The work hours are flexible and you can work remotely.

Cons

No training is provided, which means that employees are left to train on their own. It's fine because most can work on their own anyway, but getting guidance from the company is still something. The work atmosphere is also lackluster. Time goes so slow while working because it's very boring.
