What are perks and other benefits like at Cuvva?

Pros

Great benefits package, office space is big

Cons

The inner circle is toxic and you will feel like an outsider from day one. Some great talents are destroyed by a large subset of under the influence people. Too much interference for you to be able to complete your daily tasks and it is not a pleasant place to work.

Advice to Management

You have a lot of work to do, grow up and face reality.

Does Cuvva offer a wellness program?

Pros

As a growing start-up, your contribution can make a huge difference to how the company works. You'll have exposure to the co-founders and senior staff on a regular basis, which you don't get as much at big organisations. The company pays for monthly team outings, a wellbeing allowance (for gym etc), free mental health coaching run by an external company, and is dog friendly.

Cons

Things grow and change really quickly - which is great so long as you embrace it!

Advice to Management

Never lose the start-up mentality.
