What are co-workers like at Cuvva?
Pros
If you want to make friends then it's a great place to work. The knowledge you can gain from working with other members of staff is invaluable and the broad range of teams and systems you work on is a fantastic learning experience.
Cons
Management handle difficult situations poorly and do not take feedback onboard properly. The inner circle that the company has feels really unwelcoming to new staff and makes you feel like an outsider.
Advice to Management
Listen to employees
