Pros

Great benefits package, office space is big

Cons

The inner circle is toxic and you will feel like an outsider from day one. Some great talents are destroyed by a large subset of under the influence people. Too much interference for you to be able to complete your daily tasks and it is not a pleasant place to work.

Advice to Management

You have a lot of work to do, grow up and face reality.

- Friendly, smart colleagues - Great products being built - Working on a great mission - Open and generally supportive culture - Learning through the company's growth - Free breakfast and other good benefits

Cons

- Meeting etiquette needs work - More diversity needed at leadership and board level - Feedback sometimes lacks EQ

Pros

It's so rare that you can find an amazing job at a company that's really going places with an awesome team. It's wonderful to work with a real mix of positive, open-minded, motivated individuals who truly want the company to succeed. The founders are passionate about ensuring the culture remains a leading reason to work at the company. They are transparent through and through and willing to discuss all things from funding rounds to company policies or benefits. I've never felt intimated or judged throughout my time at the company - everyone is willing to discuss things in a fair and respectful manner and it really has an affect on the quality of work that everyone produces.

Cons

I suppose a con could be the frequent change and fast pace (although probably a pro for most!) Things change on a weekly basis but predominantly for the better. The company is constantly re-adjusting to new products, processes, an ever-expanding team and varying external parties so no two weeks are the same.

Advice to Management

Continue to be transparent in every decision you make. It makes a huge difference to the culture of the company as a whole and affects communication at all levels!
