Does D.V. Brown offer a weekly bonus?

Pros

Interesting work, and very progressive with method and practices. There are some genuinely nice people working there. The company has shown aggressive growth, and will likely continue on that trend.

Cons

There are no cost of living raises. Bonuses are inconsistent, ranging from 5% to a $50 Home Depot card, with no correlation to company success or employee performance. Six day work week is the norm for salary employees. They do not promote the people who are competent, instead hiring outside people who may or may not be qualified. Any new hire manager's word is taken as gold, even when proven results show lack of qualifications. Upper management would rather suffer with the poor performance than admit mistakes.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees.
