How are promotions handled at DNA Diagnostics Center?

Pros

Hard working co-workers who go the extra mile to help

Cons

Low pay, bad benefits, no promotions, no minorities in upper management, extremely high work volume with out enough people to cover, high turnover rates

How are senior leaders perceived at DNA Diagnostics Center?

Pros

The new CEO is much better. He plans to renovate the building and the landscaping is looking good. He gave pay bumps and does a lot for employees with more better options for health care and activities. It has turned around.

Cons

But there is still no room for growth. There are a lack of minorities in management too. If you walk around the building you will notice no minorities sitting in offices. It is sad when the company is very diverse and makes you wonder why.

Advice to Management

Fix the con. Offer more leader roles for those who have stepped up in the last few years. Continue to hire more employees.

The new CEO is much better.

How is management perceived at DNA Diagnostics Center?

Pros

The only pro to this company is a check every other week.

Cons

I read all of these reviews and as a former manager, I am mortified that we allowed this behavior of a company. Our CEO is closed minded and doesn't allow anyone, including management, to make any company decisions. She takes credit for everything and makes everyone worry about their job, every day. EEOCC should have been called more than it actually was. There are so many broken rules, favorites played and good ole boys mentality. If they would just get rid of all the top 10, the company would be in a lot better financial position.

Advice to Management

Quit buying junk companies, pay attention to your surroundings, quit paying all the favorites the big salaries and get back to where you were several years ago when everyone was a good employee because they wanted to be, not an employee that fears everyday and doesn't care about the quality of their work

What are co-workers like at DNA Diagnostics Center?

Pros

Although the pay is poor, the paydays are consistent. Great co-workers all with the mindset of helping others

Cons

The list is too long and I won't waste my time on something that will never change. All of the hardworking, caring individuals are gone, either by leaving or them letting go of great employees with so much institutional knowledge. Poor management and those that remain as managers don't have any control over how they manage. CEO (now gone) threatened jobs weekly.

Advice to Management

Wipe the slate clean and hire back the good managers. We are tired of being micro managed and this company will never stay afloat with current management.
