Pros

Citizen of the community; strong supporter of employee engagement in education at high school and college level; actively pursues diversity in their workforce; cohesive and collaborative work environment; great benefits and office perks; strives to live their values; stable senior leadership team who works well together

Cons

Due in part to the nature of the business, trading desks and supporting teams can be silo'd from each other, and the culture as-experienced may be somewhat uneven.

Advice to Management

Seek even more to learn from your employees as you go. You already do a decent amount of asking, but more asking surfaces more value for the company.
