Does Delivery Dudes offer vision insurance?

Pros

- free food delivery - good tech - pretty good pay and benefits

Cons

- owned and now managed by waitr - waitr's culture sucks - waitr has made pretty much the entire engineering team quit

Advice to Management

I have none, waitr is going to drive what was a cool company into the ground.

How are career development opportunities at Delivery Dudes?

Pros

They are connected to many of the local resturants nt on other delivery apps. Being able to schedule my own hours was nice.

Cons

The pay is far too low. Drivers are also not compensated for the distance or time driven for orders, just thier flat rate and whatever the customer(might) tip you. I alao saw very little opportunity to move up during my time with them.
