Does DentalOne Partners offer family leave?

Pros

Expanding company. Safe work environment.

Cons

Very high turnover of Providers(Doctors and hygienist). The office I work at has NOT gone paperless. Also normal staff including managers, have to take over cleaning duties of the entire office like mopping and cleaning bathrooms. If it is not feasible for them to hire help they won't.. Our office only has one DA (Me) and has been without a hygienist for a year! Lastly, as an employee leaving for maternity leave THEY DO NOT OFFER MATERNITY PAY, YOU SIMPLY USE REMAINING PTO AND HAVE TO PAY TOWARDS YOUR INSURANCE IF YOU WANT IT TO STAY EFFECTIVE.

Advice to Management

If you were to treat employees better maybe they would stay.. that includes doctor's.

Does DentalOne Partners offer life insurance?

Pros

For the first time in 14 years, I can say I love my job! I came into the company on the fringes of career burnout, and now, I can say that this is the best hygienist position I have ever had. At a company level, Dental One has gone above and beyond to provide us with what we need to stay safe and keep our patients safe during the Covid-19 pandemic. Additionally, the pros of working with this company are: - competitive compensation with an additional bonus program - excellent, affordable health insurance - options for accident/ short term disability/ life insurance, etc - 401K - PTO - CE opportunities At an office level: I have a work family made up of an amazing group of women. We take care of each other, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them every day. We have a shared passion for caring for of our patients, and it's so exciting to build relationships with them and educate them as they pursue optimal health. As a hygienist with Dental Works, I have a level of autonomy that I am incredibly grateful for. It makes me want to be the best I can be.

Cons

Currently there is no employer match with our 401K program. It would be nice if there was.

Advice to Management

Give my office leader a raise, please. She's amazing at her job, has a huge heart, and takes great care of us.
