Great culture, excellent vacation, plenty of paid holidays, flexible work schedule, awesome managers, fun environment

Cons

Extremely high mandatory PERS (14% after taxes when I was there & it went up after I left) & medical insurance was so expensive I declined coverage because I would not e able to my bills.

Advice to Management

Lower PERS to a reasonable rate & offer more affordable health insurance.
