How is management perceived at Desmos?

Pros

Relative to most jobs in SWE, working at Desmos gets 5 stars across the board. People here genuinely want to make a difference and we are provided the opportunity to do so.

Cons

General pitfalls of corporate culture: undemocratic structure, opaque salaries, crunch at deadlines, management cliques, etc. More specific to SWE and support: the expectation of being "on-call" outside of normal working hours. Nothing you wouldn't see elsewhere, but still a con.
