What is health insurance like at DialAmerica?

Pros

Some of the best people I ever met have worked at DA. Nice people with big hearts.

Cons

Don't ever mess up and be promoted off the phones as it is a very stressful job. Management will hold you responsible for agents clocking in late. Also, if you are a young, cute female agent, you are not held to the same attendance standards as everyone else. Basically, the upper manager on the LifeLock program needs to go because he is not trustworthy at all. The health insurance is good, but it was almost half of my take home pay.

Advice to Management

Remember you are dealing with people who have lived and families rather than numbers

The health insurance is good, but it was almost half of my take home pay.

It takes more than three minutes to walk to the bathroom, do your business, and walk back to seat 4. No room for growth and the turn over rate for new employees is ridiculous. 5. Favoritism big time 6. Supportive & Motivating Staff to help you succeed - bahahahahaa what a JOKE 7. Positive, Professional, and Upbeat work environment - Seriously - Maybe a Boss who will yell, swear and degrade you 8. No Holiday Pay so if office is closed your screwed with loss pay 9. Don't call out sick it COUNTS AS AN OCCURRENCE

Advice to Management

1. Management doesn’t take advice. They give it. And, the ones that get promoted or treated fairly are sure to return the favor sexually before promotion (2 managers in particular) Clean house, get rid of your managers, they are involved sexually with agents 2. Favoritism big time 3. Drugs and Alcohol are openly accepted by managers who also use them (Three in particular) 4. Try and maintain your agents who have been here for years instead of tearing them down to were they have to take depression meds just to come in Rate CEO Job Performance, Chris Conway - who the heck is he ?? NEVER HEARD OR SEEN HIM
