Some of the assignments are quite good and you get to work on an interesting project but you are a body shop.

Inbetween assignments you sit on the bench waiting for something to come up. Tasks on the bench are often menial but you are expected to be there at the drop of a hat to go to a client site - which never happens without notice anyway. Couldn't wait to leave. This was the worst place I have ever worked at and a dark period in my working life. I wish I could remove it from my CV but would then have to explain the missing gap.

Good place to start your career

No job security. Often get put forward for roles not suited to your skillset. No company culture.

There are no adavantages working here.

Management don’t care as long as you bring in the money

Look at Management, they don’t do what they claim.
