What is the salary like at Diebold Nixdorf?

Pros

Company vehicle, fuel card, maintenance included.

Cons

Does NOT Allow advancement no matter what your qualifications and training are. Pay is very low in the mid Atlantic states compared to other parts of the country with lower costs of living. Company does not have definitive pay scales for job skills and experience. Middle management is ok, but upper management has no concept of the job duties and difficulties faced by their Field Service Technicians. The fst is not just a repair person, but a PR rep, and sales representatives. The FST has a "floating" responsibility of both white and blue collar. On an average daily basis we are dealing with issues and concerns of VP'S, Presidents, COO and CEO'S that are not being addressed by corporate office management. Having to deal with the issues that are faced by todays Field Service Technician are by far an underpaid and under appreciated position in the NEW DIEBOLD NIXDORF. This is not the DIEBOLD of years past where the employee AND customer are valued as true assets to the success of the company as a whole.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your field technicians as they ARE the face of the company in front of the customer. A happy employee will produce happy committed and loyal customers. Pay your employees appropriately. Return the 401k and Bonuses that we were all promissed when were were hired. Stop instituting nonsensical unachievable "goals" and requirements to punish and bring the moral of the employees down further than you already have. Stop spending money on things that have no value added for the promotion and success of the company. Lastly, just because it looks good on the front end on paper does not mean that it will profitable on the back end.

What are other benefits and incentives like at Diebold Nixdorf?

Pros

Good benefits, facilities, and compensation

Cons

Post-acquisition environment is very stovepiped and segmented. North American executive leadership is out of touch with the organization and it's disparate and disjointed functional areas. Still two companies unable to fully integrate functions and processes.

Advice to Management

Know what the people do within the organizations you lead. Understand how your business works.

Does Diebold Nixdorf offer a yearly bonus?

Pros

Annual bonus Sports & cultural activities been much encouraged. rotational weekoffs

Cons

-No Hikes -Breaks been monitered min to min -Pathetic HR team. -you will never get a response back from HR team for you query if your a former employee. -MSDC is a worst process where you wil never get any growth in future. -

Advice to Management

Value to the employee who works sincere.

What are pay increases like at Diebold Nixdorf?

Pros

There are a couple good people who trying to solve things and keep things together.

Cons

Lack of communication. Incompetent management. No raise since 6-8 years. More and more tasks without proper training. Employees leaving the company continuously.

Advice to Management

Take care of the employees because they are the ones who keep runing the whole thing.
