Pros
Working with Digital Prospectors has been a wonderful experience overall. As a contract employee, I don't feel temporary or replaceable like with other contract positions. Retention and employee satisfaction seem to rank highly for DR and it shows in how they communicate and how they design benefits packages for contract employees who elect to use them. I also value Digital Prospectors' commitment to diversity and inclusion. It feels good to be part of an organization that not only supports employees from all walks of life but also shares that good out into the community through philanthropy. The recruiter I work with is friendly and comes off as genuinely interested in how I like my contract assignment and how I fit with my team. I'm certain that if I wasn't satisfied with something she would work to make things right or potentially find me another assignment. She regularly checks in and also works as an advocate if I have questions or need something urgently addressed.
Cons
Sometimes communicating with HR can be a little tricky, or at least it was during my onboarding.
Advice to Management
When recruiting from LinkedIn or other sites, I'd try to brainstorm some ideas on how to make offers/opportunities look legitimate from the start. When I was initially contacted I almost didn't respond because at the time I was receiving a lot of fake application invitations designed to steal information. I'm glad I took the risk because I love my job, but I know some people may be more apprehensive than me!

Pros
The values and mission of this company are unparalleled anywhere else that I've worked. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard and are expected to perform and also support each other and the collective. The people here genuinely care about what we're doing and are supportive and genuine. It's one of those offices when someone asks you questions about your weekend and your family when they see you before they ask you about whether you saw that email they sent you last Thursday. This is a hard job in a hard industry, but the people I get to work alongside and learn from on a daily basis make it a job I'm excited about every day. The earning potential here is incredible and the benefits make it the kind of place where people stay...which is rare in this industry.
Cons
Onboarding and training remotely stinks...but that's the reality of COVID. Not a ton of diversity here.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work, hire more rockstars, and continue to inspire and require personal best from your team and they'll keep this flywheel going.
