How are senior leaders perceived at Digital Prospectors?

From initial point of contact, to the interview process, to onboarding and now working full time, I cannot recommend DPC enough! The company is phenomenal, leadership is fantastic and the people are second to none. So grateful to have found DPC!

DPC values, trusts, and appreciates the work of all their employees. The culture is top notch. It truly is a great place to work.

DPC faces the typical challeneges that all other Staffing agencies do on a daily basis. They are no different. However, leadership at DPC is great and they do their best to mitigate those challenges.

Advice to Management

Appreciate that every individual works differently and gets motivated in different ways. Take the time to understand the best method of motivation for each indiviual.

Pros

Compensation and benefits are very comprehensive. Environment is supportive, conducive to growth and success of each individual, the team, and company. I believe in my leadership team, and my teammates. We all share a common goal and share the same PASSION values. It is refreshing to come to work every day knowing that I have such a supportive and fun environment. My position is very autonomous and I always feel heard when I share feedback/suggestions. DPC makes it easy to develop your skills and truly values their employees and clients. Work/life balance is also strongly valued by the company. Jobs well done are rewarded.

Never change the “love your job” strategy.

Once you earn the trust of leadership, and prove that you are serious about your job/career, they have proven to be flexible and give you the space you need to be successful on your own. This a key for my personal happiness and I am thankful to DPC for treating me with this level of respect.

Keep treating your people like the adults they are, and not micromanaging to a point of unhappiness.

I was lucky to be approached by a Digital Prospectors recruiter, who had a number of different opportunities for me. I was coached through the interview process, and was very pleased to receive an offer with a great organization at a very competitive salary, good benefits, and with a great work/life balance. Even after recruitment, the staff has been attentive and so helpful, making sure that I'm doing well in my position, I'm happy with the contract, and any clerical issues are dealt with efficiently and quickly. I'm always receiving messages from DPC staff (including the CEO) to make sure I feel welcomed and supported. I have referred other former colleagues to Digital Prospectors, as I've been very happy with my employment here and hope to continue with this contract through DPC for many years to come!
