Does Dignity Health offer family leave?

Pros

Culture of collaboration, quality improvement, communication, patient-centered care. Seems to prioritize hiring genuinely kind people. Anti burnout events are nice (pre covid). Not the worst compensation.

Cons

Lower than average compensation for advanced practice clinicians. No paid parental leave except basic state disability, which is no more than 60% of base salary ( and capped around $1300 a week) 12 weeks. No significant child care benefit. Seems especially shameful for a Catholic health system. Stingy PTO.
