There is great pay, plenty of amazing spiffs and employee perks. Aside from that, however, this is a place where you can come in and simply know that everyone else is committed, and here to build a long-lasting career. It is a privilege to be able to work at the highest rated medical marketing company in the industry. We work with doctors and help their practice with all digital marketing. Doctor Multimedia will send you to conferences, and plenty more. Work hard and you will not be disappointed. Truly a lifestyle company.

The good people that used to work here.

I've been scared to post this truthful review, but enough is enough. Quitting soon so I figured it's finally time. Which leads me to say that many of these positive reviews are fake and written by management (or by employees who were forcefully told to write these). Shady and unethical owners and business practices. They prey on the ones that haven't recognized their self worth yet. The employees still here after all this time are easily bought, blinded by the shine, and are in too deep to leave. Employees are forced to post on social media about all the "perks" and cash bonuses received. LinkedIn posts are bribed for cash... as are many things in the company. As for the actual job, pay is a joke for what you do and how much you're expected to do. You're required to sign a contract stating that you won't receive overtime pay. If you don't work an excess of hours because of the work they expect you to do you're berated so you don't really have a choice. Also, you don't get any sick days, no paid holidays, no paid time off, and no insurance benefits even though it states it on Glassdoor. Whatever paperwork they submitted was probably altered so they could get that green checkmark. If you do take time off, you're constantly afraid of being attacked while you're gone or when you get back. CEO also slashed an employee's tires and got arrested. He's also a creep, psychotic, and insults and harasses employees constantly. Definitely favors females over males. Just look up the CEO on Google and you'll find some things about him that'll let you make your own judgement. His last name is not Rogers, it's Thakore. This whole company is a joke.

Too many pros to say. Everyone is always so kind and supportive. It’s not like a normal company. The CEO is always so positive and supportive of everyone. I feel like the way this company is ran should be an example to others.

No cons that I can think of. I’m at my dream job essentially.

Excellent leadership that recognizes and rewards you for the effort your put forth Competitve environment that pushes your beyond your own expectations Room for advancement that is not only implied but executed Great benefits that boost morale Awesome company culture that is only seen in movies!

The only downside is that we have competitors that try to tarnish our reputation but as for things we can influence and control, there is absolutely nothing!!

My only advice to management would be to keep doing what you’re doing, the quality of care for their employees only contributes to the success that we are experiencing day in and day out, there’s no denying that.
