What is the salary like at Driveline Retail Merchandising?

They start new reps making more than the reps who’ve been with the company make . I asked for the extra 50 cent to make my wage 11$ an hour and was told that 10.50 was great pay because Pennsylvania minimum wage is 7.25 ph

Making my schedule around my kids as a single parent helps so much. Going into the different stores and meeting all new people.

Pay is UNEXCEPTIONABLY low for the amount of work we do!! Mileage pay is horrible for wear and tear done to vehicle. Job security in slow season should be shifted to other stores when core stores are slower.
