Does Dropoff offer unlimited time off?

Pros

-Coworkers -Communication between teams -Fun team events (pre-covid and virtual attempts post-covid which were fun too) -Work from home -CEO was liberal minded and truly seemed to care about most employees and current social crisis. He implemented safe covid protocols and addressed social matters that are important to us in the progressive and empathetic generation.

Cons

-Direct supervisors can make promises they never follow through on and pick favorites immediately. Constant excuses and avoidance when bringing up growth potential. -Inappropriate comments that went against a lot of what the company values were. This was a socially liberal and inclusive company and a certain supervisor thought making comments about BLM protesters "getting what they deserve" and other subtle and blatant comments that displayed disregard for human rights. -Low pay and raises were continually brushed off despite how hard you worked -Unlimited PTO and regular working hours are limited to salaried employees. If you are hourly, forget it. You don't even get company holidays off. It is 24/7 365 days a year. Sometimes you will work up to 10 days in a row.

Advice to Management

Take a good hard look at certain people and decide if they are truly worth keeping there just because they have been there for a while. There are folks capable of replacing the people who honestly are just difficult to work with and difficult to stomach as a person.

Unlimited PTO and regular working hours are limited to salaried employees.

What is the feeling of job security at Dropoff?

Pros

Money was good made over a grand a week workn 15 hrs

Cons

No job security, dispatch likes to bully veterans and fire them for trying to do their jobs with faulty apps then talk about their personal business to previous employees.. you will also be fired with no warning if someone else wants ur route..they will sabatoge ur boxes and make up lies to get u fired. Ur definitely replaceable 😉 Easy job tho they jus make it crappy, They dont care that there were actual exposed syringes in our boxes that werent supposed to be in there.. but who cares as long as they're makn money rite?

Advice to Management

I suggest u care more for ur employees who dont report off and show up on time and do the extra work and dont say u cater to veterans when u really could care less.. literally disgusted by this company.
