Been here for only six months but feel well supported and I embrace their Hungry Owner mindset.Dropsuite leadership has my best interest at heart and the Company is committed to investing in each employee (equity, training, career path). In today's day in age when companies are pulling back, Dropsuite has been a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Working for a global company can be difficult in managing a business across many different time zones. Thats not a Dropsuite-exclusive issue. Despite that, people here tend to be very respectful to time zone challenges when scheduling meetings at hours that may not be perfect for all individuals.

Advice to Management

Growth is awesome and the reason we are all here. Let's not forget to celebrate the small victories on our way up. As a manager this is one area I am committed to doing more of myself. LETS GO!!
