Does Duke University Health System offer dental insurance?

Generous retirement contribution, great paid time off, maternity leave is incredible especially compared to other health systems in the area, and medical insurance is affordable with excellent coverage.

Cons

Salary is lower, but given the benefits it feels like a win.

Pros

Health insurance and dentist insurance was pretty good as long as you went to any Duke hospital.

Cons

Barely any raises. Pay for parking. No 401k but you could get a pension if you stay a minimum of 5 years
