What are perks and other benefits like at E.A. Renfroe & Company?

Pros

I've worked for Renfroe since 2016 and they have been VERY good to me. Excellent training and support from management allows for continuously learning to be better at the job. Paid weekly. Very knowledgeable management, trainers, and colleagues. There is no shortage of deployment opportunities for both field and desk adjusters.

Cons

The travel and living in hotels can take a toll on you if you aren't prepared for it.

What is health insurance like at E.A. Renfroe & Company?

Pros

If you can get deployed on a Cat it’s a quick buck

Cons

Inconsistent work, no health insurance, you pay expenses and since you are a W-2 employee you can’t write expenses (hotel, food, mileage) off on your taxes due to the new tax laws, now make less than you did before, Every year client finds a way to pay less for component billing and day rate, assignments get shorter and shorter, pay hasn’t gone up in 12 years.

Advice to Management

Nothing they can do but let the client know.. “pay Walmart wages get Walmart employees”. The client wants “ exceptional customer service” needs to know that you don’t get great customer service if you don’t take care of your employees but the client already know that from laying off all their own staff

Does E.A. Renfroe & Company pay for professional licenses?

Pros

This company was the first to deploy me and likely will be the last. I was very fortunate to have managers that really cared about me, put a lot of time and energy into training me up, and they are always there when you need help. Since starting with them I've never had to wait more than a week after marking myself available before they called with work for me. The opportunities they'be given me have allowed me to support my family to a degree I didn't think was possible.

Cons

Took me a while from when I got on the roster to when I got my first deployment, which was a bit of snafu due to some licensing issues. They made it up to me though so I consider it a minor complaint.

Advice to Management

Please allow me to keep working from home. People with small children have a hard time being on the road.
