Excellent culture, renowned employer, family owned company, generous PTO plan, good benefits, good middle management team, dedicated employees with longevity, great town hall meeting, employee gifts around the holidays (wine cases)

Cons

Upper management sometimes pushed down strategies that seemed unrealistic or out of touch

Most of the other sales reps are great but honestly nothing really more

Cons

Honestly, I could go on and on so just recommend you avoid this company if your looking to going to sales. Not as glamours as they make it seem during your SLDP interviews. Over worked, under paid, below average management and you have to use your own hard working PTO when you get sick.. which will probably happen given the fact that you work in grocery stores all day. Seriously just DONT work here.

Advice to Management

Majority of your work force is right out of college. Do better and actually care about your employees

- Comprehensive benefits with PTO, paid holidays, wine perks, etc. - People who work for Gallo truly care for Gallo - Get to work across departments and network

- Hard to grow in the company if unwilling to relocate to Modesto headquarters
