Amazing community and relationship building opportunities Opportunity to pour into children and families. Great benefits and donated goods
Cons
Challenging personally, emotionally and spiritually to work Secondary trauma experience from working with those in trauma Low monetary compensation (mostly made up for with other compensation benefits)
Advice to Management
Keep doing amazing work, submitting to God for the grace to do it well. Bring more spiritual experiences and discussions into homes.
