Pros
Ease is working on problems that really matter, simplifying the maddening process for employees in SMBs signing up for and managing benefits. As a start up I was amazed at the competence of all the employees in different groups, and was happing to see a supportive culture where folks really do want to make life and lives better.
Cons
Nothing big. It's a start up that is growing so it's moving into that phase where processes are getting reexamined and realigned so there is a ton of work, but it's all good work.
Advice to Management
Keep everyone aligned on clear strategy and let's make it happen!
