Pros

Other employees were smart, talented, and funny. I dearly hope that they all managed to escape this scam.

Cons

This company is the new version of a pyramid scheme. It's a multi-level marketing operation that promises you rapid promotion and fast money. The "entry-level" for this position is selling products like telecom services in the back of Walmart. But they won't tell you that. They market their jobs as though they are legitimate marketing and sales opportunities. Employees work 60-80 hours per week for commission-only pay. They will tell you in your interview that Team Leaders make $600-$1500 per week. This is a lie. You will be lucky to make more than $500 per week. The top sales rep in the country made $900, nowhere near the amount they advertise. This business is run like a cult. They will indoctrinate, brainwash, and screw you over without hesitation. I can't break down all the ways that this company is unethical and exploitative in just one review. So if you are a prospective, current, or former employee, I highly recommend watching the documentary "The Slave Circle" on YouTube. Whatever you do, don't work for East Marketing.
