Great culture, lots of autonomy for Financial Advisors, ethical and good work/life balance

Archaic culture still lingering, compliance regulates to the dumbest common denominator and makes tons of extra work

Advice to Management

Invest in Technology. Invest in Technology. Lift up the Branch Office Administrator position to be more equal to the FA in flexibility and compensation. Oh yeah, and invest in technology. Our homegrown systems are ancient and incredibly difficult to use. If you want to keep Gen X, millennial and younger advisors and clients you have got to step it up. Fast. They don't want to talk on the phone, and our clientele that likes a nice phone conversation is aging out.
