The work environment is very contusive and productive. As this is a small company, the employees help each other be successful and the work culture encourages you to work with each other and create a very positive work environment. Apart from the pay/perks, the management goes out of their way to make you feel a part of the family. Use this place as a stepping stone for your next oppurtunity.

If you are looking to work in an Agile/Scrum environment, to get hands-on experience on the latest technologies then I think this is the place. Let me tell you one thing straight, you won't find much these things online as this company doesn't do any sort of marketing to attract resources, which they should..! Once you join then only you will realize that you took a wise decision by joining this. It's an Open and Transparent working environment without any politics involved. I would like to mention a few things that you get: 1. Flexible Timings, 2. Health Insurance, 3. Annual Company Trip with Spouses, 4. Team Lunch/Dinner, 4. Technical Training, 5.
