Pros

I have worked in several places, but Elaniin is the one that surprises me every day, since my first day here, yes, they have many benefits such as remote work and wellbeing programs, but what surprises me the most is how even the people with management positions care about their staff, to verify that everyone is well and have the resources to fulfill their duties, in addition to promoting professional and personal growth. I like that everyone is willing to listen and take into account the opinions of others.

Cons

I do not have a cons, but there is always room for improvement.

Pros

I joined the company in March 2020, during the pandemic season, and the entire recruitment process was amazing, HR recruiter take care of the entire process, they keep you up to date when it comes with the hiring process and constan feedback about your status. After two weeks I was hired to work for a US project, and since then when I joined the Backend Development team, I received a warn welcome from my manager, HR and Ops Manager, they make you feel like home. HR Takes care and makes sure all you requests and experience is great, they ask you how do you feel, the hay great benefits and really close communication. I love having extra days off a part from my holidays (vacaciones period), it is like having a Paid OFF time . Even though i'm part of the international team I feel like home.

Cons

Give more PTO , that would be great :)

Advice to Management

They're awesome, my Team Lead provides every month a 1:1 meeting to review and make sure I'm improving my tech skills. Don't stop doing it.
