Pros
Close knit compliance team who was willing to teach and share knowledge. Mid-level leadership encouraged growth through education and training.
Cons
The organization is top heavy and undergo too many changes at the senior leadership level. This has a significant trickle affect on mid level managers and front line employees. There was little to no diversity and inclusion at the management level. Diversity and inclusion can only be seen within the entry and frontline level positions.

Pros
The ability to work remotely. Good health insurance (at least for a single person). HR inviting to write a grievance (I hope they followup).
Cons
Leadership: This company enables bad leadership. While managers may be able to "dot every i" and "cross every t"with regards to their role, mangers, especially my own lack good communication and people skills. Harassment & Gaslighting: Managers accused me of not doing my job based on an individual's report and audit which lacked good evidence and context. I felt gaslit and harassed and have submitted a grievance with the company prior to my leave. Pay: I am extremely grateful for the new job I acquired after leaving this company. I have been greatly under paid and my manager always ignored my concerns for that. Opportunity for Advancement: This company was not interested in investing in me at all. I can read between the lines.
Advice to Management
Education and hold accountable managers with horrible communication and people skills. Dismiss/terminate those who have the inability to adapt to these values. Why this company continues to enable bad leadership and promote their work efforts is beyond my understanding. I'm not interested in following up with HR. HR is fully aware of such concerns and needs to take necessary action to better the company.
