Pros

They are willing to hire people with less experience, so a good introduction in the field. The owners are constantly trying to update systems and grow the practice. They offer benefits after 90 days and PTO starts accruing from day one.

Cons

There have been a lot of changes over the last couple of years. The management was very disorganized and often didn't know how to do the jobs of their employees. There is a very high turnover rate, so it was hard to have cohesion with the team. Few opportunities for job growth.
