Pros

Decent starting salary but that is really it.

Cons

Building was disgusting, Terrible training, You can never get the time off that you want, Unreasonable workload, Poor Management. Only way to move up is to become a "Favorite"

Advice to Management

It's not about "Leaning into" your absurd expectations. Employees are human beings with lives of their own and should not be required to work 12 hour days because you are too cheap to hire or replace the ever growing number of people who quit.

Pros

Pay and benefits are good, work from home, equipment provided

Cons

High daily claim load, poor training, not enough assistance from managers or trainers

Advice to Management

Trainings should last longer and be more in depth. Need more assistance from management and trainers as training was poor and many things were not taught. Should have team level claims and general claim assistance phone line to make sure all customers can be assisted and not have to rely on 1 single point of contact when the volume of claims are high
