Great work life balance, great culture and support.

The sales process isn't open to change, its been the same thing for years. Other than than great place to work to at.

Pay and benefits are good, work from home, equipment provided

High daily claim load, poor training, not enough assistance from managers or trainers
Advice to Management
Trainings should last longer and be more in depth. Need more assistance from management and trainers as training was poor and many things were not taught. Should have team level claims and general claim assistance phone line to make sure all customers can be assisted and not have to rely on 1 single point of contact when the volume of claims are high
